Is it pich or pitch? The rule tells you. Use tch right after a short vowel, like catch and pitch. Use ch after a consonant or a vowel team, like lunch and beach. Students fill in the missing letters, circle the correct spelling and sort words into ch and tch.

Why I made these
I taught 3rd grade for 7 years. Now I homeschool my own kids and tutor children with reading difficulties and dyslexia. Spelling rules give kids a reason for the spelling instead of a guess. I made these so each rule is short, easy to see and easy to practice.
